Reports module

Unique report categories setup through the administrator interface enables mobile users to submit complaints attaching pictures and adding coordinates if they encounter any hazards in the office space. Report administrators receive an automatic email notification when a new complaint arrives and are able to reply, forward and manage all entries. The report administrator role can be specified based on the report categories. The status- and category of complaints can be changed and re-assigned or exported into an excel file. Mobile users also receive an automatic email notification of any progress made regarding their report.
