Privacy Policy — Leadgen X

Leadgen X (“the app”) is a lead generation tool for exhibitors and event staff, developed by Interticket. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used.
Camera access
The app requests camera access for a single purpose: scanning QR codes and barcodes on visitor badges at trade shows and events. The camera feed is processed on-device in real time to decode the barcode. We do not record, store, or transmit camera images or video. No photos are taken or saved automatically during scanning.
You may also choose to upload a profile picture using the camera or photo library. If you do, the image is uploaded to our servers and associated with your user profile. You can delete it at any time from the Profile screen.
Other data we process
- Authentication data (email, name, partner/organisation) — used to log you in and associate lead data with your account.
- Lead data you collect (scanned barcodes, survey answers, visitor contact details) — stored on our servers so you and your organisation can access it.
- Device diagnostics (connectivity status, basic error logs) — used to improve reliability.
We do not sell your data to third parties and do not use it for advertising.
Data storage and security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on secure servers operated by Interticket or its sub-processors. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and partner organisations you are linked to.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting your Interticket representative or writing to privacy@interticket.com.
